My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.
This did not work for me. the Data field was already set to 0. I can receive messages with the new outlook, but I cannot send any. This makes the new Outlook useless for me and my business.

I have the same exact issue. Called Microsoft to no avail. They said I no longer have access to the "new outlook" since my email is AOL. It has to be a Microsoft application, i.e. hotmail. Have to go back to using the "classic" version.
